David was recommended to me by a letting agent who had worked with him a number of years ago. My brief was simple, please sell my property at the best price you can, I won’t be much help as I am many thousands of miles away. From the initial conversation where we discussed my requirements and the details of the property I could tell I was talking to a man that knew his business and knew it well. I was immediately filled with confidence and never felt the need to entertain a conversation with another agent. I pretty much left David to it from then on, he suggested an asking price which was more than I had assumed would be the market price. He arranged for stunning photos and video of the property and surrounding area. We chatted regularly about everything, from getting approval on the price and pictures, to appointments and the feedback thereof. He’s a man that knows his craft and understands exactly what you need to do to sell a property, I really can’t praise his service and him enough. I also used the conveyancing services that David has had dealings with which I am sure helped the whole sales process through to completion.
Needless to say the property was on the market 8 days before I got an offer, I couldn’t believe it was so quick.

From our initial conversation through to Completion, David ensured clear communication and always went the extra mile. He is absolutely the reason we completed when we did as both solicitors were at a bit of an impasse and sensing it, David stepped in to ensure it didn't stop our sale and gave both us and our Buyer brilliant advice and support. His valuation was fair, the marketing video and staging additions ensured we received an offer within the first fortnight and his personal care meant that when we were juggling a lot and not living near the Property, he stepped in to let workpeople in and even turned up at the flat ahead of completion to give my husband a hand with final details.
